Hello,

I got an issue with the Crystal Report 9, i developed the report and then i binded it with the dataset.

Now there is table in the Dataset which has 4 records in it, but when in the report it showing only one record.

The reports has 4 pages but when i scroll to the page 2, that page appear's blank.

Any pointer's if i had missed anything?

Thanks.

The first thing I would check is paper size and/or margins.
Also check the layout so that no part is "out of limit" for paper size.

Thanks for the reply.

The first record is geting displayed properly only the hassles come for the multiple records.

Its the normal A4 size of paper.

Is the "Keep together" option checked?
What about the "Insert new page" (before/after) option?

Yes. Give Businees Objects support boards a try. They can help you there a LOT faster and more accurately than we can. You may have your grouping wrong, or a formula wrong, or any of a hundred other little things wrong. We don't really know what question to ask you so that we can narrow down the problem.

In the design view, check whether there are lot spaces between each row. If so remove them.

Also try at http://support.businessobjects.com/
